2. Preparations before decontamination

3. Unscrew the fuel tank cover of the cleaning machine, and store the diesel oil as indicated by the oil standard. Tighten the fuel tank cap and connect the hot water reprocessor to the power supply; connect the sewage pump power supply when the decontamination tent needs to drain water, and the sewage pump must not run without water.

4. Proportionately prepare sufficient detergent in the dispensing bucket, place the dispensing bucket on the support, and adjust the amount of medicine as required after connecting the suction catheter.

3. Decontamination operation

1. Start the water supply switch on the hot water reprocessor, and the water pump starts to work. At this time, the decontamination water is fed into the hot water reprocessor from the water storage bag. After being pressurized, the decontamination water is fed into the liquid mixing tank from the water outlet of the hot water reprocessor, and the liquid in the dispensing barrel is also mixed together. Suck it out, and then input it into the tent decontamination pipeline;

2. Turn on the control switch of the heating system at the same time, the heating system starts to work, first set the required temperature and press the confirm button, the temperature control system issues an instruction, and the combustion Room starts to work. Place the sewage pump in the decontamination tank, and connect the connecting pipe from the sewage pump to the waste water recovery bag. To eliminate the specific situation, you can press the switch at any time to collect the decontamination wastewater into the wastewater recycling bag.

5. Decontamination of the tent heating

1. Unscrew the fuel tank cap of the heater, and store the diesel oil according to the oil mark;

3. Press the switch, the heater starts to work, and the The hot air is transported directly into the tent through the ventilation duct.

6. Precautions

1. After cleaning, first turn off the heating system switch of the hot water reprocessor, and the water pump will continue to work for about 2-3 minutes until the combustion chamber of the heating system is heated. After the temperature drops, turn off the water supply switch to avoid equipment damage;

2. After decontamination and heating, turn off the switch first, then the fan will continue to work. After the temperature of the heating system drops, it will automatically shut down. before unplugging the power plug.

3. Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the decontamination tent, away from heat sources;

4. The decontamination tent should not be in contact with sharp points, so as not to damage the airbag and canopy body;

5. It is forbidden to hang heavy objects on the decontamination tent frame, and the hanging heavy objects are less than or equal to 2KG;

6. Ensure the insulation of the power supply wires.

7. Precautions for inflation

1. The inflation pressure is 15-20KPA to prevent the air pressure from being too high or too low;

2. After the inflation is completed, put the The valve port is locked to ensure air tightness;

3. Check whether the air bag pressure is normal at any time, and take remedial measures in time if any abnormality is found;

4. Adjust the air bag at any time according to the change of ambient temperature pressure.
