1.reinforcement

For the handle we use the big high frequency welding machine to weld on the products instead of glue on by hand.The partsand the main body are fused together so the quality is very stable and will not peel off.

We add reinforcement strips for all our products, so the items have good airtightness and more durable.

                           

3.0.9mm PVC

we use customized 0.9mm  PVC tarpaulin, which is more durable, more comfortable, less creases after packing and easy to clean.

1. Fixed object : Place the Heavy objects like the  concrete blocks or tire anchors into the water near the installation  site .And then operated by divers using a hoisting buoy to the anchoring points of the park.
2.Transport the water park to the sea ot lakeshore.
a) unpack the water park ， and find the valve cap and open it.
b) Insert the Nozzle of the air pump into the value , and lock it in place by twisting it clockwise. Turn on the air pump start to inflating the each part .Pls take off the air pump when you have inflated up to about 90% then disengage it by twisting it counterclockwise and cover the value .
3. Joining the individual elements:
a) For the water park elements with a D  anchor ring on their bottom , conect the flexibale rope .Individual elements contain a different number of fixing points - if possible, connect a flexible rope to each of them.
b). Onece you have inflated all element, place them one by one on the water near the shore , and connect them according to the plans of the water park . Use the D anchor rings locatedat the bottom of the individual elements and the securing straps thatn join them.
c). Elements fitted with top eyelests should be jointed using a securing rop threaded through the eyelets .Having connectted the elements ,cover their union with one side hook and another side loop.
