How to Order
Ordering custom inflatable products from Joy Inflatable is simple. Whether you choose one of our existing designs or need a completely customized inflatable, our team will assist you throughout the entire process.
1. Choose a Product or Send Us Your Design
Browse our inflatable products on our website and select the model you are interested in.
You can also send us your own design, reference photos, drawings, or special requirements. As a direct inflatable manufacturer, we offer full customization according to your requirements, including:
Size
Color
Shape and style
Material
Logo and custom printing
Other special features
You can choose one of our existing designs or ask us to manufacture a completely customized inflatable product.
2. Request a Quote

For custom inflatable products, please provide as much information as possible, such as the required size, quantity, colors, material, logo, intended use, delivery address, and required delivery date.
Based on your requirements, our sales team will prepare a detailed quotation for you.
3. Confirm the Order & Design
Once the price and product specifications are confirmed, we will proceed with the order.
For customized products, we will prepare a design drawing or 3D mockup for your approval before production.
After you confirm the design and order details, a deposit payment is required to start production.
4. Production & Quality Inspection
After receiving the deposit, we will arrange production according to the approved design and specifications.
Our standard production time is approximately 7–15 days, depending on the product design, size, quantity, and production schedule.
After production is completed, we will carry out a quality inspection and send you finished product photos and/or videos for confirmation.
Once everything is approved, the remaining balance should be paid before shipment.
5. Shipping
After receiving the balance payment, we will arrange shipment.
Different shipping methods are available depending on your destination, budget, and required delivery time, including:
Express delivery
Air freight
Sea freight
Door-to-door shipping
We can also provide different shipping terms, such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP, depending on the destination and your requirements.
Our sales team will recommend a suitable shipping method and provide the estimated shipping time and cost before you confirm the order.
6. After-Sales Service
Our service does not end after delivery.
If you have any questions about installation, operation, maintenance, repair, or product use, our team will provide technical support and assistance.
If there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or quality issue covered by our warranty, we will provide an appropriate solution according to the specific situation, such as repair guidance, replacement parts, product replacement, or other after-sales solutions.
At Joy Inflatable, our goal is to make the entire ordering process—from initial design and production to delivery and after-sales support—as simple and reliable as possible.
