Hey Warriors!\ RI would like to take advantage of some knowledge and experience from people who use this forum!\ R basically, I have had my first consultant meeting with the local nightclub owner (as part of a team for two ).The nightclub is located next to a university with more than 10,000 students, but is struggling for business.In the past few years, the population has decreased, and students have not spent enough money when they are busy.

..Does anyone have any suggestions or experiences to share?So far, we are looking at building a list of text messages and implementing an activity, the theme night we set up every week, and building a better social media presence.\ R basically we have to get people into the club and then spend some money when they go in...This is our task.The club currently has only one quiet facebook page setting with little marketing.
