Anxiety is trying to overwhelm us with a lot of worrying thoughts that make us suspicious.I think there are people who define worry very accurately as a lie to meditate on the Devil.The enemy is coming, whispering in our ears, consuming our thoughts and putting us into fear.
If we let ourselves meditate, we will give them life.My wife calls these whispers "if" sounds: what if our car is broken?What if we can't afford to pay?What if we get sick?What if something happens to our children?We used to pay a lot of attention to these sounds, if the sound-It prevents us from believing more in God and getting to know him better.The devil has a lot of assumptions, but why should we listen to them?For God does not give us the spirit of fear, but gives us strength, love, and sound thoughts.

Since we have strength, love and sound spirit at work, my wife and I have taken a different approach to the enemy's voice?We start to say a few different assumptions, instead of worrying and paralyzing because of fear, or running out of energy because of anxiety.What if God gave us food?What if God fixed this broken thing or replaced it?What if God heals us?What if God bless our children?What if God wants us out of debt?What if God bless us?In other words, we fight fear with confidence, curse with blessings, and fight anxiety with joyful expectations.The devil is trying to throw a lot of things at us but he can't bring anything to PascalUnless we start believing them.
On the other hand, God has many wonderful promises to us, and if we trust him, he will fulfill all his promises.God is not moved by our worries or fears, but by our faith in the word of myth.So instead of repeating anything the devil whispers in our ears, start repeating the word of God.
The enemy's lies cannot stand the truth of the word.The Psalm author says, among the many anxieties in my heart, your comfort pleases my soul.That is, he did not give himself to his anxious thoughts, though they were overwhelming, but gave himself to God.
Instead of thinking about worry, he thought about the word.He made a covenant with God.In this way, he experiences the comfort of divine love and loyalty, not the chaos of fear and anxiety.This strategy requires two clear, qualitative and decisive actions: first, let go of anxiety.
They may come into your mind, but don't give them a place in your heart.When the devil comes to your ear and says fear in your mouth, don't give it life.No quarter.Second, embrace the comfort of God's spirit, his word, his power, his love and the sound of his own mind.
