Hi, \ r is searching in my local area and noticed keywords {mycity real estate}, {mycity homes} and some other long tail keywords search more than 2,000 times a month.\ RIn did this and I only recognized one, yes, one, the agent who listed the word {mycity real estate} on Google's first page.Most of the other ads are Yahoo's website listings.com.realtor.com, etc.So I know I can surpass them.Some of these agents have websites and some do not.I know they spend money on advertising with our local weekly free newspaper because the advertising price for these ads cost a lot of money.I believe there are two ways to solve this problem.\ R would you set up a website that captures leads and sells them to these agents, or would you set up a website for those agents or do both?\ RI think I will first build a website to get leads and then build a website for these agents.\ R has anyone tried this before? What method did you use?
