Gym Club Inflatable Airbag for Outdoor Action Trampiline Park

Top Sheet :0.9mm PVC tarpaulin and other parts are 0.55mm  ; measurement ; logo and the color are customized . Logo usually print on the top sheet . All these sizes are in centimeter of the drawing .

This is our Puerto Rico project . We made this Inflatable Airbag for our customer's Gym Club for the kids jump . It is a new product concept for indoor or outdoor trampoline park , a high degree of customization instead of the traditional foam. Childrent do jump from the floor or apparatus at a height of approximately 10 to 12 feet (3-4 meter ) . 

We research and develop the double stunt Jump Inflatable pit air bag  – A saving cost , durable airbag designed to cope with multiple simultaneous landings from up to 8 meters above ground level. Today the foam pit air bag  is the most durable and health, reliable and safe alternative to traditional foam pits on the market fortrampoline party. Guangzhou Joy Inflatable Limited is using the 0.55mm and 0.9mm Plato Chemical materials which is fireproof and the most advanced production techniques available the stunt air bag is meeting trampoline parks across the globe's standard .

                           

1. Safety and durability

The jump air bag has 2 chambers: the bottom chamber is firm (maintaining the stability) while the upper one is soft.

 

 

Our foam pit air bag features as many as 4 air pillars per m2 ! The interconnected air -pillars absorb impact individually and uniformly offering uninstalled safety and maximum durability 

                           

2. Net hole 

We usually make at least two net holes for each piece air bag for the customer to adjust the inside air . If you want more soft you can open the net hole as same as the picture . But if you want enough air inside you can close the net hole .（open all , cover 1/3; 1/2; all are available）

                           

3. Disassemable top sheet 

Now we make all the air bag is with disassemble top sheet for replacement if you want to change the topic or it is broken . You don't need buy a new air bag again just change the top sheet . And the top sheet of the air bag was be fixed by the velcro . 

                           

4. Durable

An apron over the air bag but under the top sheet that has  the long pieces with the Stainless steel ring  for attaching to the sides of pits (to prevent anyone from falling in between the air bag and pit walls and for fix the air bag with the pits)

Without the apron 

1.Firstly Insert the Nozzle of the blower into the blower pipe and then tight alternative air inlet with a rope.
2.Turn on the blower start to inflate the airt bag .
3.When the air bag was be built up in the foam pit and check every stake was be inflated or not .
4.After the air bag was be inflated perfectly ,pls turn off the blower to deflate and then put the cover on the stakes .
5.Spread out and flatten the cover and the last turn on the blower again (Keep the blower work all the time during the use )
