Waterproof Camera Reviews - inflatable kayak
I like water sports very much, especially kayaking, so the waterproof camera is very convenient.I have two very different photographers in my life, and even though they are two very different models, they all meet my needs at the time.Below, I will do a quick review and comparison of the two waterproof cameras I use.
Fujifilm FinePix Z33 was the first one I bought. It's a basic camera, not expensive, but it looks good and works well for two years. It broke down in 2 years. However, this camera is not shockproof and I think I may have dropped it too many times.
However, it worked well during the two years I used it.The photos are very good and have some good features. The FinePix Z33 is waterproof up to 10 feet.
It has a rather large LCD screen (2.
7 inch) and 230,000 pixel resolution.
These are my favorite features: good size-It's small enough to fit into my PFD pocket.it removes red-The eyes are automatically identified and are able to recognize up to 10 faces in one scene and correct the focus when needed. Even if I provide a VGA quality video clip in kayakingIt, the button soundIt has a smart scene recognition function of 30 frames per secondSix different types of scenarios can be detected and adjusted according to the blog modeWill automatically adjust the image size of blogHad 12 in-Camera Editing-Zoom, miniatures, drawings, illustrations, etc.
These are great features for a very affordable price tag. However, because it is a basic model, it also has some disadvantages, such as: it is not shockproof or frozen, only 3 times optical zoomStill, it's not the best, I got a lot of use from this camera because of my kayaking and recreational needs, it provided me with some great photos.I would recommend it without hesitation if you have a budget .
..... Don't give it up!Nikon Coolpix AW100My Fujifilm camera stops working while snorkeling on the Big Island of Hawaii. There are still two weeks left on the trip and I really want to use the waterproof camera. So I started my research.I know I want to invest in a better quality model and eventually I 've narrowed it down to the Nikon Coolpix aw100.
This camera is a huge upgrade from my last one and it's fun to use.It has many wonderful features such as: waterproof up to 33 feet, anti-Pendant up to 5 feet shockproof, and anti-freezing at temperatures up to 14 degrees FahrenheitBasically it is almost impossible to destroy. It needs photos of 16MP even in very low lightThey are very sharp and very clear, shooting full HD (1080 P) video with stereo soundIt with a very neat GPS and electronic compassThis allows you to track where you 've taken a photo or see where you need to take a quick action sequence and take three photos in full resolution in about a second.
My last camera was very slow in this regard. It has a big 3.0 "LCD screen with image stability and lens-Shift vibration features action control, which can help you take good photos even if you are wearing glovesIt. It has image stabilization and it automatically when the camera shakesWow, as you know, this model is really a big upgrade from my last model and the price is only up about $100.
Not too shabby.
I recommend both cameras, but if you have the extra money, go and buy the Nikon Coolpix aw100 without a doubt. This is a good business.Learn more about water gear.InflatableKayakWorld.Comwhere you can find comprehensive reviews about inflatable kayaks and more depth information about the theNikon Coolpix AW100 waterproof camera
