Inflatable Stunt Airbag For Adventure Park which is with safety barrier to keep from falling off the sides. It have an exit which is with tubes to the sides. The size is 16 feet long by 13 feet width and 4 feet high(all the measure of our 3 D design are in feet ) but any size can be customized if you have requirement. 

The Inflatable Stunt Airbag is sewing structures ,after connected by air blower,the Crash Pad will unfold itself while being inflated,about 2-3 minutes,Crash Pad can be fully set up. And pls keep one air blower to inflate all the time during the work . 

When people land on the Inflatable Crash Pad just enough air escapes via speical air holes from the top layer and bottom layer to absorb the fall. An extra layer on the top and sides of the Inflatable Crash Pad protects the Crash Pad against defects. My customer for a landing from trampoline and maximum falling height for him will be 15 feet

1. Safety and durability

The jump stunt airbag has 2 chambers: the bottom chamber is firm (maintaining the stability) while the upper one is soft.

 

 

Our foam pit airbag features as many as 4 air pillars per m2 ! The interconnected air -pillars absorb impact individually and uniformly offering uninstalled safety and maximum durability 

                           

2. Net hole 

We usually make at least two net holes for each piece form pit airbag for the customer to adjust the inside air . If you want more soft you can open the net hole as same as the picture . But if you want enough air inside you can close the net hole .（open all , cover 1/3; 1/2; all are available）

                           

3. Double cover more durble

We made double cover for the inflatable stunt bag, the upper cover is dismountable .When the cover was be damaged  so you just need replace the the upper cover .

                           

4. Reinforment

Extra webbing reinforced strip on all the stress points, interior panels and the cover

athe apron of our air bag will connect with the air bag elastic string

1. Firstly Insert the Nozzle of the blower into the blower pipe and then tight alternative air inlet with a rope.
   2.Turn on the blower start to inflate the airt bag .
   3.When the air bag was be built up in the foam pit and check every stake was be inflated or not .
   4.After the air bag was be inflated perfectly ,pls turn off the blower to deflate and then put the cover on the stakes .
   5.Spread out and flatten the cover and the last turn on the blower again (Keep the blower work all the time during the use )
   

Something the customer not sure about the posistion of the blower vent so we will make the blower vent in the four sides .You can choose the one blower vent to connect the blower to inflate the air bag , and put the others blower vent inside as same as the video.
